Event Policy

Active 20-30 Club of Carson City 140 ("Club") is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all attendees. We are equally committed to fostering an inclusive environment free of discrimination and harassment. This Event Policy applies to all Active 20-30 Club of Carson City 140 programs, projects, and events, including all event spaces, parking lots, and facilities controlled by the Club.

By attending any Club event, program, or project, you also agree to our Event Attendee Waiver & Ticket Terms, which contains additional legal terms including a liability waiver, arbitration agreement, and class action waiver. Please review both documents before attending.

Conduct

We expect all attendees to treat each other, our volunteers, vendors, and staff with respect. The following conduct is prohibited at all Club events:

• Unruly, disruptive, threatening, or violent behavior, including verbal or physical harassment of members, volunteers, vendors, or other attendees

• Any conduct that is illegal

• Damage to the venue or any personal property

• Displaying signs, symbols, images, language, or gestures that are threatening, abusive, or discriminatory on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, or sexual orientation

• Displaying signs, symbols, or images for commercial purposes, or for electioneering, campaigning, or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issue, or government action

• Entering or attempting to enter any area not permitted by your ticket or credential

• Possession of any prohibited item (see list below)

• Throwing objects of any kind, including streamers

• Failing to follow instructions from venue staff regarding operations, policies, or emergency procedures

• Irresponsible use or consumption of alcohol or other substances

• Any behavior that targets or interferes with other attendees' enjoyment of the event

Violations of this policy may result in removal from the event without refund and may result in further legal action.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted at any Club event:

• Weapons of any kind, including knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons, and firearms

• Fireworks of any kind, including flares, smoke bombs, incendiary devices, and pyrotechnics

• Illegal drugs or harmful chemicals

• Any missile or object that can be used as a projectile

• Aerosol cans or pressurized containers

• Noisemakers, including whistles and horns

• Laser pointers

• Drones or unmanned aircraft systems

• Hoverboards

• Selfie sticks

• Signs, banners, or flags larger than 3' x 5'

• Beach balls or other inflatable items

• Animals (excluding certified service animals with proper documentation)

• Confetti

• Any other item deemed inappropriate or dangerous by the venue security representative or the Club

The Club reserves the right to amend this list at any time.

Alcohol Policy

The following applies to all Club events, programs, and projects where alcohol is present.

Age Verification. All attendees represent and warrant that they are of legal drinking age in the State of Nevada (21 years of age or older), or that they will not attempt to purchase, solicit, or consume alcoholic beverages at the event. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required as a condition of entry or alcohol service. The Club reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any person who cannot provide valid proof of age.

Assumption of Risk. All attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with the consumption of alcoholic beverages at or in connection with a Club event, including but not limited to impaired judgment, impaired motor function, physical injury, illness, and/or death. Attendees agree to drink responsibly. The Club, its staff, volunteers, and agents reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any person at any time, at their sole discretion, without refund.

Personal Responsibility. Each attendee is solely responsible for their own conduct and safety during and after the event, including their method of transportation home. Attendees agree not to operate a motor vehicle or any other vehicle while impaired. The Club strongly encourages the use of a designated driver, rideshare service, or other safe transportation. The Club shall not be liable for any injury, death, property damage, or other harm resulting from an attendee's alcohol consumption, whether occurring at the venue or after departure.

Release of Liability. Attendees agree to release, waive, and discharge the Club and all Released Parties from any and all claims arising from harm caused to any third party as a result of their alcohol consumption at or in connection with a Club event.

Responsible Service. Where the Club is directly selling or serving alcohol, it will make reasonable efforts to do so responsibly, including refusing service to visibly intoxicated individuals and those under the legal drinking age. Attendees acknowledge that these efforts do not guarantee prevention of intoxication or its consequences, and voluntarily assume all related risks.

Dram Shop Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Nevada law, attendees waive any and all claims against the Club arising under Nevada's dram shop statutes or any similar law or theory of liability related to the sale or service of alcohol at a Club event.

Indemnification. Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Club and all Released Parties from any claims, damages, costs, and attorneys' fees arising from or related to their alcohol consumption at a Club event, including any claims brought by third parties.

Your Agreement

By attending any Active 20-30 Club of Carson City 140 event, program, or project — or by purchasing, receiving, or using a ticket — you agree to this Event Policy in full and to the Event Attendee Waiver & Ticket Terms. Both documents together constitute your full agreement with the Club as an attendee. This agreement applies regardless of whether you purchased your own ticket or received one from another person. You acknowledge that you are giving up certain legal rights, including the right to bring certain legal claims against the Club. No oral representations or inducements contrary to these terms have been made by any Club representative or Released Party.

Active 20-30 Club of Carson City 140 reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates this Event Policy without refund.
